This program was created to take advantage of the large number of quality applicants to the AI Safety Camp that there was not enough capacity for. A select number of applicants that did not get in to AI Safety Camp have been invited to this program. Quality mentors and advisors are the most scarce resource we have in the Alignment field, as such there will not be any in this program. Your goal for this program should be to prove the AI Safety Camp wrong for not accepting you. We are excited to see what quality projects and valuable outputs you are able to create with much less resources than the Camp.
